A mark built from light. The counter between the Z and the N opens like a doorway with light spilling through it.

Who we worked with

A design and finishing studio working on residential units across Madinaty, Porto Said and El Salam. The studio handles the full journey, from the first concept drawing to handing over a finished home. The work is premium, detailed and highly visual. What it did not have yet was a brand system that looked as considered as the interiors themselves, or a social presence that showed the craft behind every project.

Three problems, one brand system

01The identity did not match the work

Finished interiors in the premium bracket, presented with materials that read as ordinary. The brand needed a mark and a colour world that carried the same quality as the spaces.

02Nothing to hand a client in the room

Meetings happened with no printed collateral. Quotes, packages and project documents went out with no consistent look and no way to hold them together.

03Project photography with no story around it

Strong site footage and finished unit photography existed, but it was posted without structure, so the feed never built into a portfolio anyone could read.

Identity first, then everything it touches

01Build the visual identity

A gold monogram on deep black, built around a doorway opening into light. Master files in layered PSD and PSB so the mark scales from a story icon to a printed folder without losing detail.

02Put it into the client's hands

A print ready A4 presentation folder and a sixteen page packages presentation, so every meeting and every quotation leaves the room looking like the same company.

03Turn projects into content

A monthly content plan, a three post grid system, story highlight covers and reel thumbnails, all drawn from real site and handover footage.

The profile, organised

Ten story highlight covers in the same fluted gold language, one for each part of the studio, so a visitor landing on the profile can find a project, a value or a service without scrolling the feed.

Something to leave behind

An A4 presentation folder built on the die line, with the front panel carrying the monogram in gold against fluted black, and the closing line running along the pocket. Supplied as print ready PDF with the layered PSD and the vector template, so the printer receives artwork that needs no rework. Alongside it, a sixteen page packages presentation at full HD, plus the client intake forms.

One artwork, three posts

Each project is designed as a single wide image, then cut into three squares that publish in order. On the profile page they sit side by side and read as one picture, so the feed looks composed instead of assembled. Eleven grids across two months. Every project, from a full apartment finish to a single kitchen, is documented the same way.

A grid that moves

Site visits and handovers shot on the phone, cut to music and graded to the same warm black and gold as the rest of the brand. The Eid campaign was built in After Effects rather than Photoshop, so the three grid posts animate as one piece when they land on the profile. Gold particle work, a lit podium and Arabic calligraphy, composited over the same fluted black the brand uses everywhere else. Five After Effects projects across the two months, rendered at posting size for both feed and stories, with layered comps archived with the campaign.

Every piece runs on the same rule set. Black ground, warm gold, fluted light, a serif voice in English and Arabic. The result is that a story cover, a printed folder and a carousel all read as one studio.
