Zamalek Club Academy
From a standing start to a complete marketing system. We were the first agency on the project, working before the academy had opened its doors.

We don't just train football players. We build disciplined, confident young athletes.
The starting point
The academy had not opened yet. No page, no content, no audience. The strategic question was how you build a parent's trust in a place that has not opened its doors.
No visual assets, no content archive, no follower base to build on.
Anything wearing the Zamalek badge gets judged against the club itself, not against a start-up project.
The child gets excited, but the parent decides and pays, and their criteria are entirely different.
Dozens of academies say the same thing: professional training, qualified coaches, a path to going pro.
The strategic shift
The single most important decision was to move the conversation from the service to the method. Training is a commodity everyone offers. A system, with stages, standards and outcomes, is what a parent is actually buying.
Every published piece has to answer at least one of three questions: why should I trust you, what exactly will my child gain, and what do I do next.
Audience and messaging
Living in 6 October, Sheikh Zayed, Hadayek October and nearby areas, with children aged 4 to 16. Looking for a structured environment and real development, not a summer activity.
The children create the desire and influence the decision. Current academy parents are the strongest referral source.
Every session has a written objective. Technical skill, tactical understanding and physical development. Discipline and respect as curriculum, not slogans. No guaranteed professional careers.
The visual system
We built a full brand manual governing everything produced for the academy: logo usage, clear space, misuse cases, colour, typography and the digital layout system. The creative idea was photography-led content that looks genuinely shot, with treated shadows, geometric shapes and patterns that feel born inside the scene rather than pasted on top.
- Typefaces
- Montserrat for English headlines and body. DIN Next LT Arabic as the primary Arabic face. Cairo as secondary Arabic.
- Post format
- 1080 × 1350 px with a 70 px margin.
- Hierarchy
- Maximum 3 to 4 levels of information per design.
- Hard rules
- No drop shadows or gradients on type. Full-colour logo wherever possible.
Content pillars and monthly mix
Drills, coaching moments, tactical work, warm-ups, fitness, skill building.
Progress, effort, improvement, milestones, match moments, player stories.
Discipline, teamwork, respect, commitment, confidence, sportsmanship.
How training works, what children learn, how sessions are structured, what to expect.
Heritage, badge, colours, ambition and winning mentality, without turning every post into an ad.
Group moments, friendships, celebrations, tournaments, academy atmosphere.
Registration, trial sessions, schedules, branch information, FAQs.
Paid campaigns
We built the media funnel in three clear stages, each with its own creative and its own measurement objective.
Emotional visuals and strong slogans introducing surrounding families to the branch and the training environment.
Training videos and skill development clips.
Direct invitation posts and trial sessions, plus retargeting for video viewers who did not complete a lead action.
- Geographic targeting
- 6 October City, Sheikh Zayed, Hadayek October and nearby residential communities. Expanded gradually only after identifying where qualified leads actually came from.
- Campaign slogan, Feb 2026
- A strong foundation, a stronger future.
Results
Documented sample from the monthly performance report. January 2026, 6 October branch.
Selected work
Player identity posters, the Champions' Path campaign, parent-first educational carousels, and the seasonal and match-day content that keeps the pages alive year round.
Why it lasted
A brand manual, a documented strategy and a weekly content plan. Assets that stay, not seasonal work.
A monthly report with real numbers that says what worked and what did not, instead of flattering the picture.
Real photography from inside the academy with a smart artistic touch. No exaggeration, no promises we cannot keep.
From pre-launch through expansion, we were part of the project's decisions, not just a supplier.
